What I mostly appreciated during the Lean Six Sigma training, is how dealing with projects goes beyond theoretical aspects. Practice was for sure an added-value!

Having acquired the basics of Lean Six Sigma, following the intense theoretical Green Belt training. I remained a little hunger, because I could not tackle a real word project. Which increased my frustration.
I had the opportunity to practice via the interactive virtual reality simulator. I learnt how to drive step by step an improvement project. I also learned how to structure the key stages of the project. I advise anyone willing to progress in implementation of improvement strategy to follow this training “LEARNING BY DOING”
